Terms and Conditions

• All spa parties are reservation-only. Deposits are required to book your date and are non-refundable.

• It is the responsibility of the Host parent to share the link and ensure that everyone is aware of Spa’Tastic Kids Day Spa policies and that each child attending the celebration has a signed Parent Permission/Waiver form on file.

• No outside food or drinks are allowed except for cake/cupcakes and juice.

• Spa’Tastic Kids reserves the right to refuse service under the conditions of what we consider to be a health risk and/or an unsafe environment for guests, our employees, and associates. No Refunds.

• In case of loss or damage of any Spa’Tastic kids’ equipment or party items caused by any party guest, whether intentional or unintentional, the parent or guardian hosting the party  will be held responsible for the monetary reimbursement of that item.

• It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian hosting the party to supervise the children, keeping them safe and following protocols.

 

Booking & Payment Policy 

• Reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the scheduled event. If you are unable to pay your remaining balance 5 days before your scheduled event, please call our office and speak with us immediately.  

• If the remaining balance is not paid 5 days before the scheduled event and we have not spoken with you, your reserved date and non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

• If your date is forfeited, we will gladly extend a one-time courtesy to you to reschedule an alternate day and time on a weekday evening (non-holiday) based on availability, free of charge. Your new date must be scheduled within 30 days of your original party date. If you wish to schedule an alternate date for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, an additional $150.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of rebooking.    

• Prices and services are subject to change without notice. You will be responsible for any new charges due to price increases.

Deposits are non-refundable as preparations for services and parties begin upon confirmation of your reservation.
 

Cancellation Policy 

• Appointments and Parties must be canceled at least 7 days in advance.

  • Cancellations made within less than 7 days will result in loss of deposit and will not transfer to a rescheduled date.

• No-call, No-shows will be charged the full-service amount, no rescheduling date, and may be restricted from future bookings.

• You may add or delete the number of guests in your party 5 days before your scheduled event without penalty. After 5 days, you will be responsible for the payment for the number of guests scheduled during the time of booking.

 

Emergency Rebooking Policy 

We understand that emergencies happen.

• Clients experiencing a verified emergency (approved by Spa’Tastic kids) may request a one-time courtesy reschedule. The rescheduled date must be on a weekday evening (non-holiday) based on availability and within 30 days of the cancellation. If you wish to schedule an alternate date for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, an additional $150.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of rebooking.   

• Requests must be made as soon as reasonably possible.

• Approval is at the sole discretion of Spa’Tastic Kids.
   

In the case of bad weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, Spa’Tastic Kids reserves the right to reschedule your party.

 

Late Arrival Policy

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened services or appointment cancellation without refund.

• All girls are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time. Guests will not be allowed to enter the facility more than 15 minutes before their scheduled time. In the event of tardiness, whether by the party’s hostess or guest, the individual tardy will incur a deduction of one service for every 15 minutes they are late. If a guest is 1 hour tardy, no services will be provided. You will still be responsible for payment for the total number of guests booked.   

 

Refund Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

• Services rendered, deposits, and completed appointments are non-refundable.

• If Spa’Tastic Kids must cancel, a reschedule or credit will be provided.

 

Chargebacks & Fraud Policy 

By completing a transaction, you agree:

• You will not initiate a chargeback or dispute for services that were completed, attended, or reserved in accordance with this agreement.

• Fraudulent disputes will result in immediate ban from future services, collection efforts for unpaid balances, and possible legal action to recover: service costs, administrative fees, and legal fees.
   

Signed agreements, attendance records, and communications will be used as evidence in

dispute resolution.

 

Arbitration Agreement 

Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Clause

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Spa’Tastic Kids services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication and mutual discussion. The party raising the dispute must provide written notice to the other party describing the nature of the issue and the requested resolution. Such notice may be delivered via email, certified mail, or other verifiable written communication. Spa’Tastic Kids and the client will make reasonable efforts to reach a fair and amicable resolution within fifteen (15) calendar days before pursuing formal action.

 

If the dispute is not resolved within this fifteen (15) day period, either party may initiate binding arbitration. Any unresolved dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Georgia in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. The parties agree that this clause is intended to be interpreted broadly and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.  Both parties expressly waive the right to: A jury or court trial and participation in any class-action or collective action

 

Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any relief available under applicable law.

If any portion of this clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
